Engineering
Services provided by engineers to support the aesthetic design and providing a feasible surface that includes strength, functionality, and long lasting stablity through laser process/VDF Flooring. Types of services :
3D Services
Creation of 3D digital models of buildings and structures and production of high quality images and animations/walkthroughs that provide a visual representation of the building.

PreeMade Design Studio is a Gurugram based architecture firm established in 2016 by Preeti Mehla, At PreeMade Design Studio, we believe that design is not a one-time event, but rather a process. It is a dialogue between the designer and the client that takes place over time and enabled by a space where we indulge in our creativity. We believe in creating spaces that are beautiful and meaningful, that are simple and sustainable to suit our clients’ needs. The design studio is a well established practice providing complete design solutions in interior-architecture and construction. The studio has worked on a diverse range of projects including individual houses, retail stores, offices, institutional projects and warehouses in different areas.
Effective space planning, clutter-free designs and precision in time management are the prominent features of each project and have become the hallmark of the studio.

Programming
The main goal during this phase is to figure out how much space you need now, how much you’re likely to need in the future, and how that space should be used, organized, and arranged — the “program of requirements.”

Schematic Design
Your design professional takes your Program of Requirements and begins the process of translating it into an efficient building design.

Design Development
The building’s exterior will be more fully designed (if applicable), interior layouts will be completed, room sizes are finalized, and most materials are selected.

Construction Documents
This phase basically takes the design development drawings and specifications and fills in the details that will enable a contractor to actually build your project.

Bidding
This is just what it sounds like — obtaining bids from contractors to do the work.

Construction Administration
This phase involves your architect monitoring the construction to verify that it is happening in accordance with the Construction Documents they prepared.

Preeti Mehla is an architect, founder of Preemade Design Studio, and a fine artist. She has over 6 years' experience in architecture and design. With her knowledge of design and creativity, she has made it possible for anyone to make their own unique masterpiece. She loves to create spaces that are fun, fresh and full of life. Always thinking outside of the box, she's a designer who never lets her creativity be limited by materials.
With a mission to create an environment for clients that is both functional and beautiful, She makes spaces harmonious and reflective of the people who occupy them. She combine her knowledge of spatial, material and constructional design with an understanding of psychology in order to create products that are functional, user-centered and sustainable. She is highly skilled designer and curator with a knack for amplifying various spaces including residences, commercial offices, industrial warehouses, retail showrooms & institutional.
